From its earliest year, representation of corporate entities in bankruptcy proceedings has been a core component of Goodwin & Goodwin's business. We continue to apply this experience and expertise in helping clients deal with the difficult issues involved in these proceedings, including:
- represent lenders and other creditors in insolvency, collection and bankruptcy actions
- assist clients in bankruptcy sales and acquisitions
