- Serving as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, or issuer's counsel to West Virginia municipalities and political subdivisions, as well as the State of West Virginia
- Served as General Counsel to the State of West Virginia Department of Administration
- Served as Issuer's Counsel to the Tobacco Settlement Finance Authority which issued the largest bond deal in the State's history
- Represented both plaintiffs and physicians in claims made pursuant to the Medical Professional Liability Act
