Personal: Deanna has two children. Her husband, Andy Gallagher, is Executive Director of the West Virginia Housing Institute. Her daughter, Heather, is married to Aaron Kessler and has one child, Tristan Stone Kessler. Her son, Andrew Hornyak, is in the United States Army and is currently stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas. They have four cats: Lex, Flower, Keeper, and Finder.
