Tammy J. Owen


Mrs. Owen’s practice involves commercial financing, mergers and acquisitions, energy law, contract preparation and review, coordinating and conducting due diligence reviews, real estate, and general corporate law. Her practice includes business clients of varying sizes from large, complex business organizations to sole proprietorships. She also handles estate planning and probate matters.

Tammy is married to Richard “Ky” Owen. Tammy serves as a volunteer with both Camp Kno Koma and JDRF helping connect Type 1 kids, adults and families in West Virginia. Ky and Tammy have a son, Aaron Owen, and several “surrogates” – Sierra Ferrell, Justin Hannigan, Brooke Willard, Cody Seafler and Haley “Cabrina” Arthur.
