Benjamin B. Ware

As a primary member of the trial team at Goodwin, Ben is involved in nearly every serious injury or wrongful death case handled by the firm. Ben represents clients in cases all over West Virginia, and his unique practice involves representation of both plaintiffs and defendants. With clients ranging from injured individuals to large Fortune 500 companies, Ben’s experience on “both sides of the v" enables him to better anticipate the strategy and arguments of opposing parties. Ben routinely partners with other lawyers in cases in West Virginia and other states, and he is more than happy to provide a free consultation about your case.

Ben resides in Teays Valley, West Virginia with his wife Amber, an elementary school teacher, and their two daughters, Ivy and Lucy.  Ben is an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoys cheering on his kids at their tennis matches and various other activities.  As an active member of the community, Ben volunteers in various capacities and coaches the West Teays Elementary Archery Team, which has won many top place trophies and annually participates in the State Tournament.
