Mediation

Carrie Goodwin Fenwick received mediator training at the prestigious and extensive Mediation Skills Course at the Northwestern University School of Professional Studies in Chicago. Carrie utilizes this training, along with 20 years of civil litigation practice (including scores of mediations) throughout West Virginia’s state and federal courts, to assist parties in litigation in their efforts to resolve their disputes through negotiated settlement. Given Carrie’s wide range of experiences and educational background, she hopes to bring some unique perspectives and approaches to mediations.

In addition to Carrie’s mediation services, Tom Goodwin has also served as a mediator and is available to serve in that role upon request.
