Sports Law is now included within Goodwin’s practice areas. The firm’s Sports Law practice offers a broad array of legal services to amateur and professional athletes, including contract drafting and negotiation for endorsements and other name, image and likeness (“NIL”) opportunities, as well as any other advice and counsel or representation issues that arise in the sports world.
