Stephanie H. Daly


Stephanie’s practice combines representation of victims of personal injury matters, criminal defense and federal practice matters, employment claims, including defense of employers and representation of individuals wrongfully discharged, as well as the defense of health care clients in administrative and civil litigation forums. Stephanie has also served in various capacities as a Guardian ad litem, representing the interests of young people in state’s custody. Stephanie’s experience as Commissioner, and President, of the City of Charleston Police Civil Service Commission has informed her representation of both law enforcement officers and victims of excessive force in matters related to injuries sustained during police operations.

Stephanie resides in Charleston with her husband John Brammer (JD). Their busy blended household consists of three sons, Brace Robert, Daly and Josef, daughter Heidi, English Bulldog Moose and Weimaraner Frisco. Stephanie enjoys all things related to her family’s activities, sewing and traveling.
