Luke’s practice involves civil litigation, appellate advocacy, and defense of consumer credit claims.

Originally from Preston County, Luke now lives in Charleston. In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking, hunting, fishing, and pretty much anything else outdoors.

While in law school, Luke worked at the Washington and Lee Black Lung Legal Clinic, where he helped disabled coal miners obtain the benefits to which they were entitled.
